• Do you supply envelopes with the cards? YES- all orders come with quality white envelopes.

  Q. Is there a charge for these announcements?
  A. When you order 24 customised birth announcement cards we will send you, free of charge, your baby's online birth announcement.
  
  
  Q. Who can see my webpage?
  A. Only those people you have sent your baby's private URL to.
  
  Q. How long will my baby's webpage stay online?
  A. Your baby's webpage will stay online for one year. We will contact you before your baby's first birthday to see if you would like to update your baby's webpage.
  
  Q. How do I get my baby's photo on my birth announcement?
  A. You need to upload your photo electronically. Save your photo to your desktop or somewhere you can easily locate it. You can use photos in .jpg format.  Unfortunately we can't accept .png, .gif or .bmp files.  In Step 2 we show you how to upload your photo and there's additional information in Need Help with Photos. 
  
  Q. Can I add more photos?
  A. Currently we only offer birth announcement but we are aiming to expand the service so you can add photos of your baby's milestones.
  
  Q. How do I email the announcement to my friends and family?
  A. We recommend you cut and paste your baby's URL into an email message and forward to friends and family.
  
  Q. Can I proof the announcement?
  Yes. At step 3, before you go to the Checkout, you will have the opportunity to view a proof of the announcement. Click 'Edit Details' if you would like to make changes.

  Q. Can I order more cards?
  A. Yes, at the time of ordering you can increase your order in multiples of 12.
  
  Q. Can I order more cards at a later date?
  A. Yes. Please telephone or email us via the Contact Us page.
  
  Q. Can I proof the announcement?
  A. Yes. At step 3, before you go to the Checkout, you will have the opportunity to view a proof of the announcement. Click ‘Edit Details' if you would like to make changes.
  
  Q. Once I've paid, can I change any part of the announcement?
  A. No. Once you have approved the proof and paid, it is not possible to amend.
  
  Q. Where are my cards?
  A. If you haven't received your cards within three working days, please telephone or email us.
