These terms and conditions apply to goods and services provided by Baby Says Hello Ltd of Copper Beech, 17 Uplands Close, Kent, TN13 3BP (BSH).
Approval
Once BSH receives approval of a proof in Step 2 no further alterations can be made.
Payment
Payment for the goods and services can be made by VISA Credit, MasterCard Credit, VISA DELTA Debit, Switch/UK Maestro, SOLO Debit and VISA ELECTRON Debit cards. Your order will not be processed until BSH has received cleared funds in full.

See our Prices page for details. BSH reserves the right to amend its prices without notice.
Refunds and Replacements
Due to the customised nature of our goods, BSH is unable to accept cancellations. If your goods do not conform with the approved proof please contact us and return the goods within 30 days. BSH will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
Delivery
BSH sends all parcels out by first class mail to UK addresses and by airmail to overseas addresses. BSH aims to deliver UK orders within three working days, European orders within five working days and orders to the rest of the world within seven working days.
Data Protection and Privacy Policy
BSH respects the privacy of every person using this site. BSH will not email you regarding other goods and services without your consent and neither will BSH share your details with any third party without your consent. BSH does not store your credit card details.
BSH may store some information on your computer when you look at our site. This information facilitates your use of our web site, and ensures that you do not need to re-enter your details on each visit. Your Conduct
You agree not to upload any photo or image which infringes on the rights of any third party. You agree not to post unlawful, offensive or objectionable messages in any guestbook. You agree not to reproduce, sell or exploit any photographic or written content from BSH.
